Luxurious resort comprises of 3 hotels, 18 F&B outlets overall with a kitchen brigade of 160 chefs approx.
Minimum requirements:
- At least 2 years experience as Sous Chef or above in 2/3 star Michelin establishments and/or 5* luxury chain hotels in Europe
- Formal European culinary education & excellent technical culinary skills
- Strong people leadership skills
- Ability to meet all quality, hygiene & operating standards with understanding of HACCP
- Excellent culinary training skills
- Previous experience of working within culturally diverse team
Salary & benefits: 4500 USD approx. (net & tax free) with single status expat package including accommodation, food, transport, medical insurance, yearly flight ticket, annual bonus, 1 month holiday / year. (Spouse welcome at own expense).
