Pre-Opening Chef required for branded hotel scheduled to open in Chennai early 2012.

This 162 room / suite hotel will have 2 main restaurants offering international cuisine and local specialties, all day dining and banqueting facilities.
Requirements:

• Looking for candidates with extensive international exposure and experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience in the cruise industry a plus.
• Pre-opening experience a strong advantage.
• Candidates are required to have excellent knowledge and presentation skills for European Cuisine.
• You will have excellent proven man management skills and the ability to work in a diverse cultural environment.
• Fluent English required.
