Property Manager/Director of Engineering

Highly qualified technical professional, with degree in an engineering discipline and able:
  • to manage projects and to establish & maintain a modern preventative maintenance policy, 
  • to implement an IT building management system.
Smart, team player, patient but determined to achieve objectives, sense of humor, effective project and multitasks management skills, ideally having international work experience in upscale hotels.
A good knowledge of French and English is mandatory.
Ideally single; married okay, but preferably no kids.
